We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Sales Analyst to join our Pureplay Ecommerce team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our National Account Managers in driving growth and efficiency in our high-growth ecommerce channel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day relationship with retailers, ensuring seamless operations and range management.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify key efficiencies and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the invoice process for the team and create and maintain performance and financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of information to the right people at the right time.
- Administer retailer promotions, including digital POS, and manage product portfolio administration with retailers.
- Conduct store walks (physical and digital) to improve shopper path-to-purchase.
- Support National Account Managers for key meetings and identify and drive continuous efficiency improvements in team processes.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential for managing reporting.
- Strong data analysis and literacy skills, with experience in customer relations and communication, administration, and knowledge of the UK FMCG industry preferred.
- Ability to commute to our office in central London minimum 2-3 days per week, as required.
