About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Sales Analyst to join our Pureplay Ecommerce team, supporting National Account Managers to drive growth in this high-growth channel.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day relationships with retailers, operations, and range management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with retailers to streamline processes and troubleshoot challenges
  • Analyzing performance data to identify key efficiencies and growth opportunities
  • Managing the invoice process and creating performance reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information flow
  • Managing product portfolio administration and retailer promotions
  • Conducting store walks to improve shopper path-to-purchase
  • Supporting National Account Managers for key meetings
  • Identifying and driving continuous efficiency improvements
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel for reporting
  • Proficient data analysis and literacy skills, with experience in customer relations and communication, administration, and knowledge of the UK FMCG industry preferred
  • Ability to commute to our central London office minimum 2-3 days per week
