About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Sales Analyst to join our Pureplay Ecommerce team, supporting the National Account Managers to drive growth in this high-growth channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with retailers to streamline processes and troubleshoot challenges
  • Analyse performance data and metrics to identify key efficiencies and growth opportunities
  • Manage the invoice process for the team
  • Create and maintain performance and financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information flow
  • Manage product portfolio administration with retailers
  • Administer retailer promotions, including digital POS
  • Conduct store walks to improve shopper path-to-purchase
  • Support National Account Managers for key meetings
  • Identify and drive continuous efficiency improvements in team processes
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting
  • Data analysis and literacy skills, with experience in customer relations and communication, administration, and knowledge of the UK FMCG industry preferred
  • Ability to commute to our office in central London minimum 2-3 days per week
