Role Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to become part of our esteemed team at The Guinness Partnership. This is a permanent, full-time position that supports a hybrid working model.

The primary objective of this role is to efficiently oversee a varied portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements while optimizing revenue for the organization.

Key qualifications include:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a property or asset management context with a strong focus on detail and precision.
  • Familiarity with pertinent legislation (such as landlord and tenant laws, health and safety regulations), as well as RICS commercial service charge codes.
  • Capability to interpret and apply lease agreements and contractual terms.
  • Proven experience in ensuring health and safety compliance.
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of managing a diverse clientele.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and assertiveness.
  • Proven capacity to convey complex information clearly to both specialized and general audiences.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplification of The Guinness Behaviours.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in procurement and management of contracted services.
  • Solid understanding of public liability obligations and corporate law.

Educational Background

Essential:

  • A minimum of a Level 6 qualification (Degree or equivalent) or higher.

Desirable:

  • Experience in procurement and management of contracted services.
  • Knowledge of public liability responsibilities and corporate law.
