Job Overview:

TalentHawk is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Oracle to support our utilities client in streamlining and optimizing their business processes using Oracle solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, configure Oracle applications, and act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for Oracle system enhancements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze and map business processes, offering Oracle-based solutions that meet the needs of our utilities client.
  • Configure and optimize Oracle modules specific to utilities, leveraging your expertise to drive business value.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Perform testing, training, and support for end-users, ensuring a smooth adoption of Oracle solutions.
  • Ensure Oracle system compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle systems, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS or Cloud in the utilities sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements.
