Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and Document Business Requirements: Collect and document business requirements for Oracle system enhancements to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and map business processes, offering Oracle-based solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oracle Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize Oracle modules specific to utilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and upgrades to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Testing, Training, and Support: Perform testing, training, and support for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Oracle solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle systems, with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS or Cloud in the utilities sector.
