Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Colleague to join our team at our Staines store. As a Store Colleague, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Till Operations: Operate the till accurately, handling cash, credit/debit card, and gift card transactions with precision.
- Stock Management: Carry out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and well-organized.
- Visual Merchandising: Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring the store is well-presented and inspiring to our customers.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in our products, confidently approaching customers who require assistance.
- Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for Crafting: Be passionate about all things craft and willing to inspire others.
- Communication Skills: Possess high levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation, with confident and clear communication skills.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to accommodate the business's trading needs.
