Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and teardown of event locations, ensuring that all spaces are arranged according to the established guidelines.
  • Welcome and interact with event participants, offering information and support as required.
  • Serve refreshments, manage attendee lines, and maintain exceptional customer service throughout the event.
  • Support event planners with logistical duties, including attendee registration, crowd management, and overall event coordination.
  • Address inquiries from guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized event environment during and after the occasion.
  • Participate in promotional efforts and distribute marketing materials as instructed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic setting and manage various tasks concurrently.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
