Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of HR information systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Configure, develop, and test the system, identifying opportunities for process improvement and embedding best practices.
  • Partner with finance and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth interface between systems.
  • Provide training and support to system users, ensuring they have the necessary tools to effectively utilize the system.
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies, data security, and privacy requirements.
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts in developing process documents and supporting cross-training initiatives.
  • Research new enhancements and releases to ensure the system remains compliant and future-proof.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading HRIS implementation projects.
  • Proven project management experience, with a project management qualification desirable.
  • Experience working with iTrent is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of security controls, and risk identification.
  • Compliance knowledge, including GDPR.
