We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our extra care team in Worthing, West Sussex. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of our care schemes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities as Registered Manager:
- Act as a supportive advocate for the service, engaging with service users and their families in a respectful and person-centered manner.
- Implement effective service delivery and maintain robust monitoring systems to ensure compliance with care standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all team members.
- Be prepared to engage in all aspects of the role, including assisting with dignified personal care and household tasks.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with all stakeholders involved in service provision, including commissioners, service users, families, and social work teams.
- Ensure that all staff are adequately trained for their roles and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Establish measures to adhere to CQC regulations and strive for the highest care standards.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
As a Registered Manager, you will receive:
- Salary of £33,000
- Company-provided mobile phone

- 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

We are looking for a Registered Manager who is:
- Fully dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable individuals.
- Possessing a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care leadership and management or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Having a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the care sector.
- In possession of a full UK driving license.
We welcome candidates with previous roles such as Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, Domiciliary Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager, and Care Service Manager.
