We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. Our residential service is a friendly and inviting environment, backed by a dynamic team that assists a wonderful group of individuals daily.

This service accommodates 12 residents in a purpose-built bungalow, featuring en-suite bedrooms. The individuals we support have various diagnoses, including Learning Disabilities, physical disabilities, Epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy. This diverse range of conditions provides support workers with opportunities to continuously develop and acquire new skills.

We maintain strong partnerships with external health professionals to ensure that all needs are met, promoting a collaborative approach that guarantees a high standard of care for those we support. Our well-established team includes members who have been with us for significant periods.
