Export Compliance Specialist

Barclay Meade is seeking an experienced Export Compliance Manager to ensure full compliance with global import/export regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's adherence to ITAR, UK Export Controls, and other international trade laws.
- Provide essential support to both the operational and strategic sides of the business.
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with export regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and provide guidance to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in export compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ITAR, UK Export Controls, and other international trade laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
