Job Overview:

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team as an Agency District/Community Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Swansea Bay District Nursing Team and provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering medication to patients
  • Reviewing and planning care for patients to ensure their individual needs are met
  • Implementing care and treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Liaising with families and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive care to patients

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN and up-to-date training certificates
  • At least 6 months of UK experience as an RGN
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel between sites and work varied shifts
