About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our fast-paced team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Executive Team and contribute to the delivery of education within our Women, Children, Young People and Families team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including preparing documents, managing emails, and coordinating meetings.
  • Support the delivery of education within the Women, Children, Young People and Families team, including preparing materials, coordinating events, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
