Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Oversight:
    • Ensure 100% occupancy rates are achieved and maintained.
    • Exceed revenue targets through effective management strategies.
    • Supervise daily operations, including rent collection and compliance with established policies.
    • Provide comprehensive performance reports to the COO.
    • Maintain accurate financial and resident data within management systems.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and address issues.
    • Respond to emergencies and implement service recovery protocols as needed.
  • Resident Engagement and Sales:
    • Manage the resident experience from initial inquiry through to departure.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving monthly leasing goals.
    • Facilitate a professional letting process, including viewings and contract finalization.
    • Prepare and ensure accuracy of tenancy agreements and related documentation.
    • Keep detailed records of all leasing activities and transactions.
    • Monitor resident satisfaction and adapt strategies based on feedback.
    • Utilize online platforms to promote available units effectively.
    • Assist in crafting marketing strategies to attract new residents.
    • Build strong relationships with residents to enhance their living experience.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Essential:
      • Proven experience in management or administrative roles, preferably in real estate.
