Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of products. Coordinate with the store management team to conduct regular stock counts and audits.
  • Cash Handling and Loss Prevention: Oversee cash management processes, including cash register operations, deposits, and change funds. Train and supervise cashiers, ensuring adherence to cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Store Operations: Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Provide guidance, support, and direction to operational staff, including cashiers and stock associates. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team development.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail operations or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and inventory.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
