This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years of postgraduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Non-Clinical Duties:

  • Manage daily clinic operations.
  • Review and enhance clinic policies to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and collaborate with external healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the appraisal process and development plans for team members.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Optimize resource management for maximum appointment availability.
  • Analyze and improve financial performance and productivity metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support and oversee the responsibilities of other clinic staff.

Clinical Duties:

  • Manage a personal caseload while supervising the caseloads of other practitioners.
  • Provide guidance on complex case management.
  • Design and assess treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Document patient interactions, including case notes and referral letters.
  • Coordinate with consultants, general practitioners, and other healthcare providers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of postgraduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with at least 2 years in a UK setting.
  • Public Liability Insurance.
  • DBS (CRB) clearance.
  • Experience working with an active patient demographic.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Registered with the CSP and HCPC.
  • Demonstrates commitment, responsibility, and punctuality.
  • Able to work autonomously.
