As a Leisure Membership Advisor at Village Hotels, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for matching our members' individual needs to our facilities and services, providing personalized advice and guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about leisure, fitness, and customer service
  • Able to understand the individual needs and wants of our members and tailor their service and communication around them
  • Driven to achieve and exceed targets
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
