About the Role:

  • As a Leisure Membership Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for potential new members, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
  • You'll work closely with our team to understand the individual needs and wants of our members, tailoring your service and communication to ensure they feel valued and supported.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
  • You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a fun, supportive work environment.

  • A team mentality, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments.
