Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in decontamination and other critical areas to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with site quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and production targets.
  • Support the development of apprenticeship learners to help them achieve their qualifications and advance in their careers.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Monitor assessment outcomes and progress, providing constructive feedback to learners.
  • Maintain and update training matrices to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Sterile Services or a related field.
  • Proven track record in training, mentoring, or coaching employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and numeric abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of decontamination and sterile services, including practical skills in reprocessing.
  • Understanding of SOPs and QMS systems.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse employees and adapt training to meet their needs.
