Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all staff receive proper training and development to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in decontamination and other critical areas to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with site quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and production targets.
- Support the development of apprenticeship learners to help them achieve their qualifications and advance in their careers.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
- Monitor assessment outcomes and progress, providing constructive feedback to learners.
- Maintain and update training matrices to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Sterile Services or a related field.
- Proven track record in training, mentoring, or coaching employees to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent written, verbal, and numeric abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of decontamination and sterile services, including practical skills in reprocessing.
- Understanding of SOPs and QMS systems.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse employees and adapt training to meet their needs.
