About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant at Whiddon Kelso in the Bathurst region. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning and laundry duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Support residents with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and residents
  • Participate in infection control and safe work practices, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all
