About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant at Whiddon Kelso in the Bathurst region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with household tasks, including laundry and cleaning, to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of infection control and safe work practices, ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
