About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Kelso in the Bathurst region. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in activities and engage with their community
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
