Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the introduction of new products, technologies, and methodologies to increase efficiency and expand our product portfolio.
  • Develop solutions to resolve scientific and technical issues, and implement methods to improve our products and services.
  • Plan and conduct experiments, analyze results, and maintain the integrity of sequencing data.
  • Communicate complex data and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and support the development of new products.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific and technical developments to disseminate new information that can benefit our company.
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of a BSc, up to PhD, or equivalent in Life Sciences, with demonstrable experience in sequencing-based molecular approaches and design and development of molecular biology assays.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with targeted NGS assay workflow execution and operation of different sequencing technologies.
  • Be an effective communicator with strong writing and verbal skills.
  • Have effective IT skills to summarize and present complex datasets.
  • Be well-organized, with good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision to agreed deadlines.
