Job Title: Delivery Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Delivery Manager, where you will play a key role in managing complex marine and interior outfit projects from commercial handover to on-site delivery and project close down.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead project delivery on-site in conjunction with the relevant Project Manager, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  2. Take ownership of allocated tasks or projects, understanding project scope and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  3. Plan and work with stakeholders on procurement of materials, supply chain, and resources, with Head of Projects' approval.
  4. Assist the Project Manager in project meetings from start to close down, including regular and ad-hoc site meetings.
  5. Support the project team by providing input on estimated allowances for all project aspects.
  6. Review labour and resource levels during project delivery and recommend necessary adjustments in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  7. Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to on-site, including issuing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and company-branded workwear.
  8. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of marine sectors including Cruise, Ferry, Defence, and Superyacht.
  2. Understanding of outfit planning and delivery onboard marine vessels.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and Project.
  4. Strong planning, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  5. Results and detail-orientated approach to work delivery and output.
