Corporate Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Partner to lead our growing Manchester office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and a strong client following, with experience in corporate work including M&A, fundraising, private equity, and ECM.

The successful candidate will have a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurs and SMEs to financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies. They will be responsible for undertaking a full range of corporate work, including joint ventures, reorganisations, and corporate structures.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partner looking to take on a new challenge and lead a team. The role comes with equity partnership, competitive and creative packages, fully flexible and hybrid working, and a collaborative working culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of corporate lawyers
  • Develop and implement corporate strategies
