We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Operations Director to join our client, a leading private acute healthcare organisation. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving overall company success, growth, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organisation to maximise operational and financial performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience at management level within a private/independent healthcare organisation
  • Experience building relationships with consultants and key stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of the wider healthcare industry
  • Change management experience within a healthcare/commercial environment
  • Proven delivery with EBITDA growth margins
  • Leadership, team management, and strategic planning experience
  • Experience dealing with CQC compliance and preparation for inspection
