Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual eager to contribute positively to the educational journey of students? This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dedicated alternative provision in Grantham, focusing on enhancing student behaviour and social skills.


You will be part of a committed team striving to elevate the educational experience and overall wellbeing of all students. This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role, contingent upon a successful trial period.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating individual and group sessions aimed at fostering positive behaviour and social interactions among students.
  • Collaborating closely with educators, families, and fellow staff members to cultivate a supportive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
  • Establishing strong, trusting relationships with students, serving as a constructive role model.
  • Setting personalized objectives and monitoring progress to tailor appropriate educational materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is essential.
  • Team Teach or equivalent training is preferred.
