Behaviour Support Assistant

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join a dynamic school in Grantham. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement positive behaviour strategies to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons and meeting students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor student progress.
- Assist in monitoring and recording student progress, contributing to the planning and assessment process.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with behaviour management.
- Team Teach training or certification is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to student support.
- Ability to adapt to varying needs and situations within the school environment.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between £83.33 - £95 per day, depending on experience.
- Immediate Start: Opportunity to begin supporting students right away in a supportive school.
