We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Dene Place Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
