PFI Asset Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our PFI asset management efforts and drive the optimization of healthcare facilities. As a key member of our team at 300 North Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our PFI projects, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the total facilities management (TFM) operations of our healthcare PFI projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of our facilities management services, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and audits of our facilities management contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Manage project finances and contractual aspects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  6. Oversee project lifecycle works, including SPV management, to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a senior management role within facilities management and PFI healthcare contracts.
  2. In-depth knowledge of PFI standards, regulations, and HTMs related to healthcare contracts.
  3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  4. Strong financial acumen and budget management experience, with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
