Financial Controller

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the business, including hands-on accounting, cashflow management, and preparation of business plans and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts, weekly and monthly KPIs, and annual statutory accounts.
- Cashflow Management: Oversee cashflow management to ensure the business remains financially stable.
- Financial Reporting: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Financial Systems: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial services and is keen to join a dynamic and growing business.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial leadership and management, preferably in a fast-growing business.
- Skills: Excellent financial planning and analysis skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
