Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, guidance, and advice to the Project Management team on SHE matters.
- Deliver Asbestos Awareness training in accordance with UKATA guidelines.
- Validate and approve subcontractor SHEQ prequalification checks and onboarding.
- Conduct site audits and inspections during periods of high-risk activities.
- Monitor updates to current legislation and guidance and provide advice on any business unit impacts.
- Take a lead role in developing, maintaining, and delivering Health and Safety/Environmental compliance activities.
- Develop and maintain the company's Health and Safety management system, ensuring it aligns with ISO requirements.
- Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum.
- Be a holder of CSCS / CSR card.
Desirable Criteria
- Hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Diploma.
