Location: Remote (with occasional site visits)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling manufactured products to the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell manufactured products to independent traders, merchants, specifiers, and contractors within the construction supply chain.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities using our database of previous clients and specialized software.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure orders and grow sales.
  • Work autonomously to manage your own time and schedule, with occasional site visits and meetings with senior management.
  • Travel to client sites and our main office location as required, with the option to use your own vehicle or company car.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record of manufactured products to the construction industry.
  • Ability to deal with and win business from independent traders, merchants, specifiers, and contractors alike.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at all levels, remotely and in person.
  • Proven self-starter, able to generate own leads and manage own schedule with real-time resources provided.
