Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission Structure, Pension, Vehicle or Allowance, Fuel Card, Expenses, and Holidays.

Territory: South East Region (Including London, Home Counties, East Anglia, Oxon, Berks, Hamps)

About the Role

Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a background in selling manufactured goods to the construction industry?

We are seeking an additional Sales Manager to join our esteemed brand specializing in weather protection equipment tailored for the construction sector. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals in sales, business development, or account management who have experience working with independent dealers, merchants, specifiers, and contractors within the construction supply chain.

While familiarity with rainwater systems such as gutters, downpipes, fascia's, soffits, or wall coping is advantageous, we welcome all candidates with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and a track record of selling products to construction clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your schedule autonomously, primarily working remotely with occasional site-based strategy meetings.
  • Utilize a database of previous clients and specialized software to identify strong leads and real-time project data.
  • Engage with target contacts to arrange calls and meetings, ultimately securing orders.

  • Demonstrated success in sales of manufactured products to the construction sector.
  • Proven ability to engage and secure business from independent traders, merchants, specifiers, and contractors.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting at all levels in both commercial and executive environments, both remotely and in person.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and manage your own schedule using provided resources.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and the main office as required, with expenses covered.
  • Option to utilize your own vehicle or receive a company car.
