Health & Safety Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team at CV Technical Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve our existing safety management system to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to site personnel on health and safety matters.
- Develop and coordinate a comprehensive safety training program to ensure all employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
- Collaborate with other sites to share best practices, implement our safety vision, and achieve our health and safety objectives.
- Assist in developing systems that promote personal ownership of safety and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a process safety management system to ensure a perfect process safety performance culture on site.
- Lead high-risk employee management and ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in health and safety, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
