About the RoleThis early years apprenticeship will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable practical childcare experience while studying for a recognized qualification. As an Apprentice, you will work as part of a team to create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments, plan and implement opportunities to enhance children's development, and complete observations linked to the early years curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and education to young children
- Plan and implement activities to promote children's learning and development
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
As an Apprentice at Childbase Partnership, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for pay increases after 6 and 12 months. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a 'congratulations' payment, annual tax-free dividend, and Perkbox access offering retail discounts and reduced ticket prices.
Requirements- Right to work in the UK

- Access to a computer for online assessment and coursework submission
- Residency in the UK for at least 3 years
