Join Our Team as a Client Relations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our innovative facility in Milton Keynes. Steer Automotive Group is a prominent automotive repair organization in the UK, known for its commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing our customer experience journey, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the customer experience journey, addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate customer appointments and facilitate seamless vehicle pickups and drop-offs. Maintain communication with our drivers, effectively managing the transport schedule to optimize logistics. Update insurance providers and ensure accurate record-keeping on computer systems and portals. Achieve daily performance targets to maintain service standards and operational efficiency. Assist in moving vehicles on the premises as needed. Prepare job documentation and perform related administrative tasks with great attention to detail.

About You

We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including MS Office applications, with a quick learning ability for new computer systems. Capability to work effectively in a team environment while also excelling in independent tasks. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with the local area to ensure efficient transport logistics.
