About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Control Officer. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the community and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage tasks on our tasking system to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ensure equipment is properly assigned and maintained to meet contractual requirements
  • Liaise with field monitoring officers to resolve equipment management issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Support internal and external customers to maintain high standards of performance and quality
  • Liaise with suppliers and agencies to ensure seamless operations
  • Process risk exception reports and provide timely solutions
  • Collaborate with Operational Support Officers to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective teamwork and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary - we provide comprehensive training
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong standard of verbal English
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Working Arrangements
  • Working Shift Pattern: 5 days a week over 7 days on a rota, with shifts issued on a fair system
  • Hybrid Working Pattern: Successful candidates will work on site in Warrington for 4-6 weeks, followed by a 40/60 hybrid model
  • Training Information: Comprehensive 2-week training course, on site and in person
