Care Home Scheme Leader Opportunity

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead the setup of a new Care Home scheme in Crewe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Supported Living Services, ensuring all Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are implemented effectively to achieve a high-quality service provision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage the day-to-day running of the Service
  • Allocate resources and monitor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery to Service Users within the allocated budget
  • Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide effective leadership to ensure staff have a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities
  • Lead the team in the development of person-centred Personal Support Plans that respect the Service Users' wishes and promote their dignity and privacy
  • Support Service Users and their representatives to understand the service provision and ensure they are clear about what to expect and how to raise any concerns
Requirements:
  • Experience in a CQC Registered Manager role or similar position
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly to ensure the safe delivery of the service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
