Position Overview

Responsibilities

Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships with stakeholders.

Document Preparation: Develop Task Order responses and accompanying documentation (Estimates, Organizational Charts, Risk Registers).

Accountabilities

Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Information Accuracy: Provide precise information to Portfolio Managers and team members.

Organized Documentation: Systematically file information within project directories.

Continuous Enhancement: Offer suggestions for improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation of Responses: Present at governance review meetings.

Action Management: Oversee governance review actions until Task Order approval.

Cost Estimation: Generate cost estimates for contracts.

Scope Adherence: Ensure estimates align with Task Order Request specifications.

Contract Management: Utilize CEMAR for NEC3 contract management.

Schedule Completion: Finalize AXIOM TCIF Contract Schedule 5 and JV Response Schedule 6.

Performance Monitoring: Track TCIF Contracts.

Document Oversight: Organize and manage estimates and documentation.

Early Warning Notices: Address Early Warning Notices as required.

Report Generation: Create necessary reports as needed.

Stakeholder Communication: Engage with team members (PM, SPEM, PEM, etc.).

Safety Engagement: Participate in safety initiatives.

Documentation Improvement: Assist in enhancing contract management documents.

Training Participation: Complete required training sessions.

Quotation Management: Acquire quotes and update Purchase Orders.

Invoice Approval: Review and approve supply chain invoices.

Monthly Reporting: Prepare for and attend monthly project review meetings.

Forecast Preparation: Develop forecasts for person hours and EAC on Axiom PO value.

Cost Interface Management: Serve as the main contact for Axiom Cost Engineer.

Issue Escalation: Elevate concerns to Portfolio Manager, Programme Manager, and Business Manager.

Qualifications

Dynamic Project Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced project environment.

NEC3 Familiarity: Knowledge of working under NEC3 contracts.

AXIOM Experience: Familiarity with AXIOM Project Control Procedures.

CEMAR Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CEMAR.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Junior Project Management Experience: Background in junior project management or quantity surveying roles.
