About the Role

At Assystem, we are committed to accelerating the energy transition around the world. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with our Stakeholders.
  • Interface proactively with our Stakeholders, including Project Managers, Planners, Cost Engineers, and Discipline Engineers.
  • Produce and manage supporting documents, including Estimates, Organisation Charts, and Risk Registers.
  • Presentation of the TO Response at the Joint Governance and Assistance Review.
  • Produce DSA task cost estimates for reimbursable and TCIF contracts.
  • Manage Sub-Contracts, from RFQ, through monitoring and managing progress, to final account.
  • Ensure estimates satisfy the scope of work stated within the Task Order Request, Employee Instruction, PICD, or Change Event.
  • Manage NEC3 Contract using CEMAR.
  • Monitor and report performance of the TCIF Contracts.
  • Draft and respond to Early Warning Notices.
  • Participate in Stakeholder safety awareness initiatives.
  • Undertake training to improve effectiveness in the job role.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Attend monthly project reviews, covering all aspects of projects.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a cost/project control environment, assisting in developing detailed cost schedules and EAC forecasts.
  • Familiarity with NEC Contract and CEMAR software.
  • Competent in EXCEL and MS Word.
  • Demonstrate sound organisational and communication skills.
