Contracts Manager

Salary: £45,000 + per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Travel to various sites to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Lead and manage Site Managers and onsite staff to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate with site staff and clients to resolve commercial matters and ensure project success
- Prepare and complete necessary paperwork, including risk assessments and method statements
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Attend site meetings to discuss and resolve commercial matters
- Coordinate activities to ensure project delivery as planned
- Steelworks experience (time served)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and willingness to help where necessary
- Able to use communication skills and work with other team members
- Valid CSCS Black Card (preferred)
- Valid SMSTS / SSSTS certification (preferred)
- NVQ
- Full UK Drivers Licence
