Project Overview:

Luxoft DXC Technology Company is a leading consulting and implementation partner for complex projects in the financial and insurance industries. We collaborate closely with our clients to deliver top-notch performance. For one of our insurance clients, we are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with a proven track record in the insurance domain to lead a Pricing Simplification project.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively support teams in delivering desired business outcomes, as evidenced by feedback from peers and leaders.
2. Provide constructive feedback to team members, management, third parties, and colleagues.
3. Demonstrate clear performance against role profile, capabilities, and brand value behaviors.
4. Foster a culture of feedback and personal development planning.
5. Facilitate the delivery of end-to-end IT change, particularly in complex, uncertain, high-value, or high-risk projects requiring stakeholder management and multiple handoffs to IT or business teams.

Mandatory Skills:
1. Solid understanding of Agile values and principles.
2. Good overall knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban.
3. Insurance business knowledge.
4. Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to inspire individuals and teams to change and improve.
5. Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and explore new ideas.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Insurance domain background (a plus).
2. Professional certification (minimum PSM1 or equivalent).
