Scrum Master - Regulatory IT

At emagine Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Agile practice. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum framework and Agile practices within our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum framework and Agile practices within the team
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve processes and remove impediments
  • Work closely with Product Owners to define customer journey vision and design
  • Manage and coordinate project deliveries, project resources, and remove blockers
  • Coordinate Release Management & Deployment ensuring changes are communicated to users
  • Manage the QA process to ensure all changes are delivered to a high standard of quality
  • Deliver robust governance and risk management in line with bank policies
Requirements:
  • Experience working within financial services institution (Ideally Regulatory domain)
  • Experience working in a Scrum team and successfully delivering business projects in accordance with objectives
  • Understanding and application of project delivery including planning and tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder management and organisational implementation in an Agile environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework including tools and techniques
  • Effectiveness in leading, coaching and sharing best practice with colleagues
  • Ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Certified Scrum Master or working towards qualifying
  • Experience utilising project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro
