Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager to join our team at BEUMER Group. As an Installation Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of sortation and material handling systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of installation projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of installation supervisors, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects successfully.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all installation work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to BEUMER Group's quality policies and procedures.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all installation work is carried out in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to BEUMER Group's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Education: HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Qualifications: CSCS, SSSTS, or SMSTS certification, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
