We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Lecturer in Foundation Studies to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess students on our Foundation Studies programme
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching materials
  • Contribute to the development of our curriculum and assessment strategies
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives to improve student outcomes

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven teaching and assessment experience in a higher education setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced academic environment
