About the Role

Brockenhurst College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Foundation Studies. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of our foundation studies curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and effective in meeting the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive foundation studies curriculum that aligns with the college's strategic objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of academic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to curriculum development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the foundation studies curriculum, making recommendations for improvement.
