Brockenhurst College, a high-achieving institution, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced academic leader to fill the role of Head of Foundation Studies. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of £38,781 - £44,928 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Foundation Studies department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic programs and services to our students. As a key member of the college's senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic direction of the institution.

We are a college that attracts around 2,800 sixth form students from across the region each year, offering a wide range of courses and programs. Our stunning location within the New Forest National Park provides a unique and inspiring environment for our students to learn and grow.
