Job Title: IT Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Engineer to join our team at Workonblockchain. As an IT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, applications, and networks, while providing strong user support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high levels of customer service, responding to IT helpdesk calls on the phone and in person.
  • Run and monitor locally hosted IT hardware and services, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly.
  • Assist the 1st line support team when required.
  • Support with IT-related business projects when required.
  • Provide flexible support out of hours when required (on-call bonus).

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of IT support experience.
  • TCP/IP Networking and troubleshooting, along with Power Shell scripting and experience of Dell hardware and mobile devices.
  • Server hardware knowledge, and experience supporting end-point devices.
  • A computer-related professional qualification (CompTIA+ or similar) - Desirable.
  • Cisco networking and VOIP solution experience - Desirable.
